Refund and Returns Policy

At Health Trust RX, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of healthcare and personal-use products, returns are not accepted once an order has been shipped.

Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

Refunds or replacements may be considered only in the following situations:

  • The product was damaged during shipping
  • An incorrect product was delivered
  • The order did not arrive

Request Process

All refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Customers must provide their order number and relevant details so the request can be properly reviewed.

Approval & Processing

If a request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, or
  • An alternative method may be used if mutually agreed

Approved refunds may take 7–10 business days to complete, depending on the payment method.

Important Notes

  • Shipping delays caused by courier services or customs are beyond our control
  • Requests submitted outside the allowed timeframe may not be accepted

Health Trust RX reserves the right to refuse any refund or replacement request that does not meet the above conditions.
